GoDurham ACCESS is the City of Durham and Durham County’s paratransit service, offering transportation for eligible residents with disabilities or mobility challenges.

GoDurham ACCESS includes a range of services designed to meet the diverse needs of our community, including ADA paratransit, Durham County ACCESS, the Senior Shuttle, and GoDurham Connect.
GoDurham ACCESS (ADA Paratransit Service)
GoDurham ACCESS provides ADA paratransit service for eligible riders to all locations within the City of Durham and to any location outside the City that is three-quarters of a mile of any fixed-route bus route operated by GoDurham.
Durham County ACCESS
Durham County ACCESS offers transportation for eligible Durham County residents who are 60+, have a disability, or live in rural areas. Rides are available for work, medical and nutritional appointments, shopping, and other personal needs.

Senior Shuttle
The Senior Shuttle is a free weekly service connecting residents of select senior communities in Durham to the grocery store. Funded by the Durham County Transit Plan, the program was created in partnership with End Hunger Durham and other local organizations to improve grocery access for seniors.
GoDurham Connect
GoDurham Connect is an on-demand microtransit service offering flexible, same-day, door-to-door rides within East and North Durham. Designed for areas with limited fixed-route service, riders can request trips between any locations within and between each zone.
